These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pins Arcade (the “App”), provided by Ossaili Apps. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
- Personal use: You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Follow the rules: Do not misuse the App, attempt to break it, or interfere with other players.
Leaderboards and fair play
The App includes global leaderboards. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or use modified clients to manipulate scores. We may remove suspicious scores or restrict access to leaderboards to protect fair play.
Accounts
The App may create an anonymous account identifier (for example through Firebase) to enable syncing and leaderboards. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Losing access to your device may result in losing access to your local progress.
Intellectual property
The App and all related content (including graphics, sounds, and code) are owned by Ossaili Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the App.
Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services (such as Firebase) to provide functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on all devices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ossaili Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
